Delete a Worklist Item

There are multiple areas within CDWeb to delete a WorklistWorklist items are defined in Tools > Worklist > Management. They allow you to setup a pre-populated time recording entry for regularly used client matters. To delete active Worklist entries, do the following:

  1. From the Navigation menu select: Tools > Worklist > Management.

  1. The Worklist form is then displayed.

  1. Complete the following steps to delete a Worklist item

  1. Click the Star button for the Worklist entry that is to be deleted.
  2. A notification will be displayed to confirm the deletion where enabled. (Settings > Confirmations & Notification)

  1. To confirm the deletion click YES, or No to retain it.
  Where a notification is not configured the deletion will happen immediately.
